1. Introduction

1wim is an online casino and sports betting platform ("Platform") operated under its registered entity and made available to eligible users across multiple jurisdictions, including Pakistani users accessing the service. These Terms apply to all services offered by 1wim including, but not limited to, sports betting (with a focus on cricket and PSL), live casino games, slot machines, roulette, Lucky Bingo, and any other interactive gaming features accessible via https://1wim.bio.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

2. Eligibility

To register for and use the 1wim Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 1wim strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to have been opened by a person under 18 will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as a representative of a corporate entity for the purpose of gaming or betting.
• Online gambling is not prohibited under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether access to 1wim is lawful in your location before registering or placing any wager.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling has been explicitly prohibited by applicable legislation.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion period on 1wim or any other gambling platform with which 1wim has a reciprocal exclusion arrangement.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of 1wim or any of its affiliate companies or software providers.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility criteria. 1wim reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to age verification documents and proof of address. Failure to provide such documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration & Know Your Customer (KYC)

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 1wim Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, payment method, or device used — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

3.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 1wim accepts no liability for losses or delays arising from inaccurate account information provided by the user.

3.2 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, 1wim is required to verify your identity under applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You will be asked to provide:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of your residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership where required (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account matching the name on your 1wim profile).

1wim may request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal access until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 1wim strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via Account Settings. You must notify 1wim support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. 1wim will not be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

1wim accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via approved payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. 1wim does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All deposits are credited to your 1wim wallet in PKR at the prevailing exchange rate where currency conversion is involved. 1wim is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for a deposit by the same account holder, subject to KYC verification having been completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal processing times are as follows (approximate, from request approval):

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: within 24 hours for verified accounts
• Bank Transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah): 1–3 business days
• USDT TRC20: within 24 hours following blockchain confirmation
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days (subject to issuing bank)

1wim reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that appear unusual in pattern or amount. Such requests may take additional processing time pending review.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

1wim complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Funds deposited on the Platform must originate from legitimate sources owned by the registered account holder. 1wim may request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions or where AML obligations require. Any suspicion of money laundering activity will result in account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 1wim are subject to specific Terms & Conditions that are displayed at the time the offer is presented. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, maximum bet restrictions, and time limitations applicable to that offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier is stated in each individual offer's terms.
• Maximum Bet During Wagering: When playing with active bonus funds, a maximum bet limit per round/spin may apply. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game category are detailed in individual offer terms.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unwagered bonuses expire after the period stated in the relevant offer terms, typically 7–30 days from issuance.
• Abuse: 1wim reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to use of multiple accounts, irregular betting patterns designed to extract bonus value, or collusion.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 1wim are subject to the specific rules governing each sport, market, or game type. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform. General provisions include:

• Bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the rules displayed at the time the bet is placed. 1wim does not retroactively alter bet settlement rules.
• 1wim reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by obvious pricing errors, technical faults, or where the integrity of an event is in question.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to live odds and may be subject to a brief delay for verification. 1wim reserves the right to reject or void live bets where there is reasonable suspicion of information advantage.
• For casino games, the rules of each individual game govern the outcome. RNG (Random Number Generator) software used in all non-live casino games is certified by independent testing agencies.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session, 1wim's system logs will be used to determine the correct outcome. 1wim's decision in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1wim Platform. Any user found to be engaging in prohibited activity will have their account suspended and all funds withheld pending investigation:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or another identity;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the Platform without express written authorisation from 1wim;
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or any systematic strategy designed to circumvent the commercial basis of the Platform's offerings;
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any unlawful financial activity;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 1wim staff or other users through any communication channel;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

8. Responsible Gaming

1wim is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform offers a range of tools to help users manage their gambling behaviour, accessible via Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. These include:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps. Once set, reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss thresholds over a defined period. The account is paused once the limit is reached.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic notifications and session pauses after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary exclusions (24 hours to 6 months) or permanent account closure. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reactivated by the user; only the support team can review reinstatement requests after a temporary period expires.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications displaying session duration and net financial result at user-defined intervals.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the 1wim Platform without express prior written consent from 1wim.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1wim and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your participation in betting or gaming activities on the Platform;
• Interruptions, delays, or failures of the Platform resulting from circumstances beyond 1wim's reasonable control, including telecommunications infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or third-party service outages;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security, including sharing of login credentials;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused and on any theory of liability, even if 1wim has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

1wim's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

1wim collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 1wim does not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 1wim is licensed and incorporated. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably by contacting 1wim's customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
